Foyle Young People
Supported Living Flat Cluster, targeted at young people leaving the care system.
This scheme is targeted at vulnerable young people aged 16-21 years who have complex support needs. The accommodation will provide individual flats for 6 young people and the scheme is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The young people have access to a high level of support to enable them to achieve and sustain a level of independence, in order that they may move on to a permanent living situation in the community. Staff assist, guide and support the young people with activities of daily living, emotional well-being, health and hygiene as well as social, educational and leisure activities.
