Brain Injury Services (BIS) is a nationwide support for individuals who have experienced an acquired brain injury and will require ongoing support to live in the community.

In 2006 Praxis Care and the Irish Wheelchair Association jointly hosted a major Conference at Dublin’s Great Southern Hotel. The conference, which was the first of its kind in Ireland, attracted international speakers and over 240 delegates and addressed the issues surrounding brain injury on an all Ireland basis.
