Staff Development
Praxis Care is committed to ensuring that all staff members are appropriately trained and qualified for the tasks it undertakes, both in delivering direct care to service users and in delivering support services to staff to enable this to happen.
A staff development strategy is part of the support services provided to staff.
The strategy is based on principles of continuing professional development, and the establishment of a learning culture within the organisation. It offers opportunities to staff members to promote their professional development from the beginning of their employment with Praxis Care . If you are looking to improve your career prospects, increase your knowledge and skills in a particular area or meet mandatory training requirements, you will find a range of courses within the programme to help meet your needs.
