Accommodation schemes offer an opportunity for clients to live in a community setting which best meets their needs.

Praxis Care operates a volunteer befriending scheme with over 160 matched friendships, some of which have lasted 5, 10 and even 15 years!

Domiciliary Care schemes provide several hundred hours of home response support on a weekly basis, benefiting several hundred people.

Praxis Care provides a range of supported living services, home response domiciliary care, along with a variety of day care services.

These schemes enable individuals to take an active part in contributing to and being integrated into the local community.

Floating Support services are short term (less than two years), flexible services provided to individuals in their own homes.

We aim to help people manage their anxiety and improve their overall quality of life.

Carers want to be involved, want to be valued and want to secure the best care as quickly as possible for the person they support.
