The Northern Ireland Agoraphobia and Anxiety Society (NIAAS) was established in 1981 and delivers accessible support services for people with anxiety-related difficulties. We aim to help people manage their anxiety and improve their overall quality of life.
Our current range of services include:
- Face-to-face counselling – by appointment at the Belfast office.
- Telephone counselling – accessible from the client’s home.
- Self-help groups – in a variety of locations throughout N. Ireland.
- Telephone helpline – information & support for clients and their carers.
