Praxis Care is committed to creating a culture in which staff are valued and their achievements recognised. One way to assess the extent to which staff feel valued by the organisation is via the staff survey. The survey is administered every 2-3 years and provides staff members with an opportunity to provide feedback to the organisation on how satisfied they are with the training provided, the support received, the opportunities for career progression, their levels of job satisfaction and areas of dissatisfaction.
The Praxis Care Research Department is responsible for distributing the survey to each scheme and for collating, analysing and disseminating the key information.
In addition to the Staff Survey, staff are invited at regular intervals to complete a quick anonymous online pulse survey.
