With a current headcount of over 1,450 staff and periods of organisational change, development and restructuring currently in implementation stages, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing, innovative and creative HR team within Central Office, Lisburn Road Belfast has arisen.





Reporting to the HR Business Partner, your role will offer a diversity of experience in key HR disciplines allowing you to expand your knowledge base, grow as a HR professional and contribute to your CPD. This is a true partnering role in which you will be responsible for the provision of timely and appropriate HR advice and support across all generalist areas of HR including recruitment, discipline and grievance in addition to participating in the design, implementation and communication of areas including Organisation Performance, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Engagement and Retention along with providing key input in the execution of interventions to contribute to the Organisation meeting is strategic objectives.


Essential criteria:

  • Degree level education with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
    or if you do not have a degree, at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Minimum CIPD Associate Membership
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR management systems
