Praxis Care support individuals with learning disabilities, mental ill health, dementia, acquired brain injury, and complex needs throughout Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England, and Isle of Man. TEAM LEADER – QUALIFIED NURSE

COOMBE HOUSE, KIDDERMINSTER

Coombe House is a 12 bedded Nursing Home for people with learning and physical disabilities and complex health needs. As Team leader you will direct a team of support staff in the delivery of personal care needs to service users and you will ensure service users are enabled to fulfil a variety of activities and opportunities day to day.

TEAM LEADERPart Time (30 hours per week)£24,214 – £30,112 per annum pro rata*

 

*Salary information is based on working 39 hours per week.

 

Salary dependent on experience. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
