Due to a period of unprecedented growth and with further expansion on the horizon, Praxis Care are seeking to recruit for a number of roles within the Organisation. Everything we do here at Praxis Care centres around making a difference to the lives of people living with intellectual disabilities, mental ill health, acquired brain injury or dementia and to do this, we have a team of exceptional care and support workers. We are the largest care providing charity in Northern Ireland and also have large operations across Republic of Ireland, England, and Isle of Man, employing over 1400 staff.

CLONGRIFFIN DAY SERVICE

Activity Facilitator  

36 hours per week (Permanent)

€26,590 – €36,680 per annum pro rata*
Relief €15.75 p/h

*Salary based on working 39 hours per week and dependent on qualifications

 

Within the scheme no day will be the same and you will support Service Users in activities such as gardening, swimming, horse-riding and yoga, and also encourage them to in fulfilling life skills such as attending college courses or work experience.
