Assistant Manager – Maternity Cover
£26,723 to £30,522
per annum plus benefits

Ballymena and Crumlin schemes offer accommodation and support for adults with Autism, Learning Disability and behaviour support needs that may challenge. The Assistant Manager role is critical to the daily running and operation of both schemes and will provide support, guidance and coaching to Team Leaders and Support Workers as well as providing advice and support on the daily care plans and activity for Service Users. You will have a relevant professional or vocational qualification and at least 1 years’ experience in a health and social care setting, where services are delivered to adults with a mental illness, dementia and/or learning disability. You will also have 1-2 years’ supervisory management experience.
