Praxis Care support individuals with learning disabilities, mental ill health, dementia, acquired brain injury, and complex needs throughout Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England, and Isle of Man. We are currently going through an exceptional period of growth. Due to this growth and outstanding career development opportunities we currently have the following vacancies within Mental Health and Learning Disability Services:




Belfast Supported Living Service provides supported accommodation to adults with Mental Ill-health and/or Learning Disabilities in both North & West Belfast. The staff office is based in Dunmisk Manor however staff currently work across 3 sites two in West Belfast and one in North Belfast to provide a service to adults with a range of care needs.


Support Workers


Full Time

39 hours per week


Part Time

30 hours per week


£8.70 – £9.00 per hour dependent on qualifications



Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
