Salary: £62,097 – £79,561 per annum, plus 30% pension and benefits.

Starting salary dependent on skills and experience

Praxis Care has a long standing reputation for excellence with a high demand for services and as part of this the organisation is currently going through an exciting time of change and growth.  We currently have services across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England and the Isle of Man offering Services to individuals living with mental ill health, learning disability, autism or dementia and will be expanding these services both in size and location over the next few years. We currently have 1,400 dedicated and committed staff which is due to increase to approximately 4,000 over the next 5 years.

We have an opportunity for a detail orientated person with the desire and passion to help us grow whilst maintaining our quality and commitment to excellent service. The role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Finance, Property, and IT Functions in Praxis Care whilst driving and promoting financial success. The role will be responsible for the provision of strategic and financial advice on financial policy, statutory requirements, and professional practice to the CEO, SLT, the Board of Praxis Care, and Praxis Housing Association.

Essential Criteria

  • Qualified Accountant and a member of the ICA, CIMA, or ACCA holding full professional membership with at least 4 years’ experience as a Finance Director with a budget of more than £15 million.

Pension is 23.5% employer contribution and 6.5% employee contribution. Other benefits include income protection, life assurance, healthcare contribution, and car allowance.
