Salary:  £62,097 – £79,561 per annum pro rata, plus benefits

Starting salary dependent on skills and experience

Praxis Care has a long standing reputation for excellence with a high demand for services and as part of this the organisation is currently going through an exciting time of change and growth.  We currently have services across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England and the Isle of Man offering Services to individuals living with mental ill Health, learning disability, autism or dementia and will be expanding these services both in size and location over the next few years.  We currently have 1,400 dedicated and committed staff which is due to increase to approximately 4,000 over 5 years.

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic person with the desire and passion to help us grow whilst maintaining our quality and commitment to excellent service.  The role will be responsible for leading a project to scope and manage the relocation and/or resettlement of hospital patients and secure the commitment to undertake a body of resettlement work for this group. You will work with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to formulate project plans, activity, and timelines as required, and to work with other Directors and Heads of to implement the plans.

To be considered for this role you must meet the essential criteria listed below:

  • At least 5 years’ experience of working in the care field at Senior Management level with experience of operational and development remits in organisations providing community based care and support to people with complex LD, Autism. MH needs AND one of the following qualifications;
    • Professional Qualification in Social Work
    • Professional Qualification in Nursing
    • Allied Health Profession Qualification
    • QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience of working with commissioners at Director Level

You should be immediately available and able to work a minimum of 8 hours per month with the possibility of increasing this depending on requirements on a monthly basis. The role may be available on a consultancy or fixed term basis depending on circumstances and requirements.
