Praxis Care support individuals with learning disabilities, mental ill health, dementia, acquired brain injury, and complex needs throughout Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England, and Isle of Man. COLERAINE & MAGHERAFELT DOMICILIARY CARE SERVICES

 

Coleraine and Magherafelt Domiciliary service provides support to individuals recovering from mental health issues, living within their own home. The overall aim of our service is to promote greater independence, by enhancing life skills in areas such as problem solving, budgeting and home management. We encourage individuals to, engage with the local community as well as other support services, to lead as active and fulfilled life as possible. Our staff team work jointly, to provide group activities, as well as individually, which encourages the development of their skills and experience.

This post is based in the Coleraine Floating Support Service.

Team Leader 

Part Time

24 hours per week*

 

£10.79 – £12.36 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications

 

 

 

Hours of work will be worked between Monday to Friday over 3 days

Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
