Salary: ROI €71,450 to €96,055 pa / NI £69,858 to £85,383 pa

As part of this highly ambitious agenda, we have a new and exciting opportunity to help us deliver our strategic agenda, to develop and translate social care research to innovative service models and practice. A key goal is to develop organisational centres of excellence.
As the Consultant Clinical Psychologist at Praxis Care, you will provide core expertise to our service delivery teams and Service Users. You will promote and build upon our current specialist training catalogue, including Positive Behavioural Support, and you will be a headline representative and expert for Praxis Care at social care events and conferences.
We are looking for a dynamic, improvement oriented individual with a passion for best practice behavioural development programmes, who has a particular interested in the area of complex needs and who wants to make a significant impact in an organisation at the forefront of its’ field
To be considered for this role you should meet the essential criteria, which includes;
- Qualified Clinical Psychologist
- At least five years relevant experience working with clients with complex needs, at senior level.
- Demonstrable achievement in consultancy and management of clinical/organisational projects.
- Evidence of successful leadership skills in both clinical and organisational project work.
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and its implications for the profession and our service users
