Praxis Care has a long standing reputation for excellence with a high demand for services and, as part of this, the organisation is currently going through an exciting time of change and growth.  We currently have sites across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England and the Isle of Man offering services to individuals living with mental ill health, learning disability or dementia and will be expanding these services, both in size and location, over the next few years. We currently have 1,400 dedicated and committed staff and this number is due to increase to approximately 4,000 over the next 5 years.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person with the desire and passion to help us grow whilst maintaining our commitment to quality. This role will be responsible for providing efficient, personal and confidential support to Heads of Corporate Services, managing diaries, co-ordinating meetings and organising relevant activities and actions to ensure efficient and effective communication with internal and external parties and stakeholders.

To be considered for this role you must meet the essential criteria listed below:


  • GCSE English at grade C or above, or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) plus 1 years experience in a similar role;
  • OR 2 years experience in a similar role


  • Good working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
