EMPLOYMENT AND ER ADVISER
FULL TIME (PERMANENT)
If you are a results-orientated, tenacious and pragmatic HR Professional looking to build on your area of expertise, we would love to hear from you. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support on legal compliance, good practice and risk measures across all areas of recruitment, investigation, disciplinary, grievance, policy and employment. The successful candidate will be the expert and key point of contact on all queries and cases and provide coaching and training to the HR Department and Line Managers on all aspects of employment legislation and practice.
- Degree level education with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
or if you do not have a degree, at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum CIPD Associate Membership
- Extensive experience of Employment Law preferably across GB, NI and ROI, Case Management & Tribunal Preparation
