Praxis Care support individuals with learning disabilities, mental ill health, dementia, acquired brain injury, and complex needs throughout Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England, and Isle of Man. Support Worker

Glenroyd & Ingledene Ramsey


Glenroyd is a residential home for 5 Service Users and Ingledene is a residential home for 4 service users with learning disabilities. Our staff are involved in developing the Service User’s confidence and abilities to live as independently as possible.  There will be challenges on the way as we support the Service User to reach their desired goals. Praxis Care plans to make a real difference in people’s lives by creating opportunities and collaborating with other agencies to promote the best outcomes for each individual.  We will ensure the staff have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver the specialist care and support required and encourage active learning opportunities and career progression.

Support Worker


Full Time

(37.5 hours per week)


£9.76 – £10.49 per hour

–          unqualified rate & dependent on experience

 £10.77 per hour
qualified rate


Additional Sleep-in payment of

£45.00 per night applies where required.
