An exciting opportunity to join our growing team has arisen:
HEAD OF OPERATIONS – WESTERN AREA (ROI)
FULL TIME – PERMANENT
Salary: €54,870 – €68,853 per annum*
*Salaries are based on working 39 hours per week
Reporting to the Regional Director of Care, you will manage and develop Praxis projects for adults and children in the Western area which includes Sligo, Leitrim and Mayo, across the spectrum of services in the organisation, but in particular those with an intellectual disability, brain injury or mental health issue in accordance with the aims and philosophy of Praxis Care.
To be considered for this role you must meet the essential criteria listed below:
- First Level nursing ie RMN, RGN, RMNH OR Professional qualification in Social Work OR Occupational Therapy OR QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services OR Degree in Health or Social Care Suite
- Registered with the relevant registration body.
- 2 years paid experience of working with vulnerable adults/children.
- 3 years people management experience, i.e. managing a staff team.
