Balleysleih Day Service provides older adults with a learning disability the opportunity to engage with others.  It runs on week days, providing a safe and supportive environment where service users can meet others and take part in a range of activities facilitated by staff.  Our staff are involved in developing the service user’s confidence and abilities whilst providing the opportunity to interact with others and learn new skills.

There will be challenges on the way as we support the Service User to reach their desired goals.  Praxis Care plans to make a real difference in people’s lives by creating opportunities and collaborating with other agencies to promote the best outcomes for each individual.  We will ensure the staff have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver the specialist care and support required and encourage active learning opportunities and career progression.
