Support Worker

Bespoke Service, Ramsey

 

Praxis Care’s services across the Isle of Man are providing innovative and bespoke packages of care for some of the most vulnerable individuals. Each Service User will have a tailored package to support their being able to live within the community in a supported living setting. In the Ramsey Bespoke service our dedicated team of staff provide 24 hr support to an individual with a Learning Disability who lives in their own home. Our staff are involved in developing the Service User’s confidence and abilities to live as independently as possible. Routine, structure and the provision of a consistent approach across the staff team is important to the Service User.

There will be challenges on the way as we support the Service User to reach their desired goals. Praxis Care plans to make a real difference in people’s lives by creating opportunities and collaborating with other agencies to promote the best outcomes for each individual. We will ensure the staff have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver the specialist care and support required and encourage active learning opportunities and career progression.

Support Worker

 

Part Time (25 hours per week) £15,990-£20,995 per annum pro rata*

 

 Salary information is based on working 37.5 hours per week. Salary dependent on qualification/experience.  

 

Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
