POND PARK, LISBURN
Lisburn Supported Living Service (Pond Park) is a new scheme providing support to young adults aged 18-21 with Autism, learning disability, mental ill health, and behaviours which require very individually designed support. We encourage our service users to increase their independent living skills and lead an active lifestyle e.g. swimming, horse-riding, walking, cycling etc.
In return, we offer competitive rates of pay; other benefits include the opportunity for additional hours, enhanced occupational sick pay, attractive shift patterns, and an excellent training programme. Additionally, opportunities exist for employees to progress through the organisation.

|£9.20 per hour – Unqualified Rate
£9.50 per hour – Qualified Rate
Hourly rates are inclusive of Service Continuity Uplift
Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
