TEAM LEADER

 

Lisburn Supported Living Services (Pond Park)

 

Lisburn Supported Living Service (Pond Park) is an expanding scheme providing support to young adults with Autism, learning disability, mental ill health, complex needs and behaviours which challenge. We encourage our service users to increase their independent living skills and lead an active lifestyle. We work with the service users to build on their coping strategies, in turn, supporting them to integrate into their local community and attend medical appointments as required. We look at each service user individually and take into consideration their likes and interests and support them to attend these activities and reach their goals.

Team Leader Full Time

(39 Hours per week)

£10.79 – £12.36 per hour, dependent on qualification

 

Hourly rates are inclusive of Service Continuity Uplift

Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
