Salary: £30,310 – £35,659 per annum
You will work in partnership with HR and Operations to drive the Recruitment Strategy for Praxis Care. You will lead a team of Associates in the day to day hiring activity while supporting, guiding and upskilling the team. This is an exciting time to join Praxis Care and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our success with our plans. We are looking for a creative individual who thinks outside the box, can work on their own initiative, and is highly motivated by a challenge. No two days will be the same with this role, you will be a key player in our ambitious plans, and be willing to roll your sleeves up and get involved with projects when required.
Ideally you will be CIPD Qualified with significant experience in a similar role with in-house recruitment responsibility. You will have experience using a variety of channels to source talent including social media as well as developing and building a strong employer brand. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, be pragmatic in your approach to problem solving, and have the creative flair required to set our Organisation apart from our competitors as an Employer of Choice.
