CASTLE LANE, LURGAN
The Lurgan Castle Lane Court service provides support to adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible within the community. We provide different types of accommodation and support depending on the needs of the individual. We have group housing which provides the highest level of support and care to the individual with all aspects of their daily life including personal care, medication, monies and community access. We have two bungalows which provides the individual with more independence but access to staff should they need supported with different tasks they may find difficult. We also have four independent self-contained flats that the individual has access to staff support with daily living tasks such as cooking and cleaning but also with other issues such as budgeting and money management.
Staff support service users on a daily basis to access the local community such as local day activities or job placements. We work closely with local learning disability and community services to provide a well-rounded and robust service tailored to the individual.
Experience in this setting is desirable but not essential as full induction and training is provided. Applicants need to be enthusiastic, positive and able to work with their own initiative.
Shift patterns are currently 8am – 9pm, 2pm-10pm and 9.45pm – 8am however this can vary depending on the needs of the service.

|24 hours per week||
£8.70/£8.85 per hour – Unqualified Rate
£9.00/£9.15 per hour – Qualified Rate
*Salary information is based on working 39 hours per week.
Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
