Praxis Care support individuals with learning/intellectual disabilities, mental ill health, dementia, acquired brain injury, and complex needs throughout Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England, and Isle of Man. TEAM LEADERS – NAVAN AREA

 

Do you want to work for a company that places Service Users at the centre of their work?  Do you have the passion to support Service Users to make positive change in their lives?

The Team Leader is part of the support team whose function is to meet the practical, physical and emotional needs of the service users within the scheme. Through a key worker system, the post holder will be responsible for the designing of individual programmes of support and coordinating the delivery of the package by a group of Support Workers and him/herself.

The Navan Area has 3 residential homes which provides services to those with complex needs. Each scheme predominately works with those with intellectual disabilities and autism.  Each scheme is unique and provides services to support service users to live independent active lives.

TEAM LEADERFull Time (39 hours per week)€33,189 – €43,800 per annum*
Part Time (20 hours per week)

 

 

*Salary information is based on working 39 hours per week.

 

Salary dependent on qualification/experience.  Where the role requires sleep-ins a minimum additional payment of €78.40 per night applies.
