We currently have the following vacancy within the Central Offices:
PA TO DIRECTOR OF HR & CORPORATE SERVICES
FULL TIME (PERMANENT)
LISBURN ROAD, BELFAST
Salary: Up to £23,500 per annum
(Salary dependent on skills and experience)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to join a fast growing organisation. You will proactively provide an efficient, personal and confidential support service to the Director through diary management, meeting coordination as well as events management. You will be responsible for managing internal communications, phone and post requirements on behalf of the Director.

To be considered for this role you must submit your CV, clearly demonstrating how you meet the essential criteria listed below:
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent plus 2 years experience in a similar role OR 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience of Diary Management to Senior Management level
- Experience of drafting formal response documentation on behalf of Senior Management
