Our Housing related support service provides a caring, empowering, supportive environment which aims to enable individuals to take control of their lives & develop greater independence on their journey. We support people with their day to day lives, accessing education, voluntary work and to develop skills around independence.

Plasden Court is a 24 hour temporary supported accommodation situated in Newall Green, Wythenshawe, providing housing related support to individuals who are experiencing mental illness. The scheme is comprised of 15 self-contained flats, a communal area and garden to encourage interaction and reduce social isolation. We aim to promote recovery by providing a person centred approach whilst supporting individuals to achieve and maintain independence in their own tenancies. We promote the principles of choice, respect, citizenship and confidentiality.

Job Title: Team Leader – Part Time – 24 hours per week

Scheme: Plasden Court, Manchester

Salary:  £19,233 – £25,065 per annum pro rata**

*Salary information is based on working 39 hours per week unless specified.

**Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience

Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
