Praxis Care support individuals with learning disabilities, mental ill health, dementia, acquired brain injury, and complex needs throughout Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England, and Isle of Man. We are currently going through an exceptional period of growth. Due to this growth and outstanding career development opportunities we currently have the following vacancies within Learning Disability Services:

Praxis Care’s services across the Isle of Man are providing innovative and bespoke packages of care for vulnerable individuals who live in their own home.  Each Service User will have a tailored package to support their being able to live within the community in a supported living setting. In our Ramsey & Douglas Bespoke services the dedicated team of staff provide 24 hr support to individuals with a Learning Disability who live in their own home. Our staff are involved in developing the Service User’s confidence and abilities to live as independently as possible.  Routine, structure and the provision of a consistent approach across the staff team is important to the Service User.

There will be challenges on the way as we support each Service User to reach their desired goals. As a Team Leader your role is key in assisting Praxis Care make a real difference in people’s lives by creating opportunities and collaborating with other agencies to promote the best outcomes for each individual.  We will ensure you and your staff have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver the specialist care and support required.  Praxis Care provide active learning opportunities and career progression.

Team Leader



Full Time (37.5 hours per week)


£26,013 – £29,698 (£13.34 – £15.23 per hour)*

 *Salary information is based on working 37.5 hours per week.

Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.

Salary dependent on qualification/experience.  .
