Everything we do here at Praxis Care centres around making a difference to the lives of people living with learning disabilities, mental ill health, acquired brain injury or dementia and to do this, we have a team of exceptional care and support workers.  We are the largest care providing charity in Northern Ireland and also have large operations across Republic of Ireland, England and Isle of Man, employing over 1450 staff.


Are you passionate about supporting those most vulnerable in our society? We currently have vacancies for in our bespoke residential service, in Douglas, Isle of Man, working on a 1-1 basis with a service user with complex learning difficulties. In this role no day is the same and your day may involve going for walks or rambling, playing games or listening to music, or supporting the individual with tasks such as shopping or banking.


Relief Support Workers

Salary: £7.71 per hour – £10.74 per hour *


We also have the opportunity to apply for the waiting list for Full Time (37.5 hours a week) Support Worker vacancies

(£15,040 – £20,955 per annum*)

 All salaries are Dependent on qualification/experience *
