Praxis Care has a long standing reputation for excellence with a high demand for services and as part of this the organisation is currently going through an exciting time of change and growth.  We currently have sites across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England and the Isle of Man offering Services to individuals living with mental ill Health, learning disability, acquired brain injury or dementia and will be expanding these services both in size and location over the next few years. We currently have 1,400 dedicated and committed staff which is due to increase to approximately 4,000 over 5 years.

We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic person with the desire and passion to help us grow whilst maintaining our quality and commitment to excellent service. The role will be responsible for planning, designing and conducting research which evidences best practice and to provide support to the Research Manager.

To be considered for this role you must meet the essential criteria listed below:


  • Social Science related degree – Upper Second Class Honours or above from a UK or ROI HE provider or an equivalent qualification
  • 1 years’ post degree experience of conducting research either in a university or non university environment
  • 1 years’ post degree experience of using quantitative and qualitative data collection
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel in order to meet the requirements of the post.
