POND PARK, LISBURN
Lisburn Supported Living Service (Pond Park) is a new scheme providing support to young adults aged 18-21 with Autism, learning disability, mental ill health and behaviour which challenges. We encourage our service users to increase their independent living skills and lead an active lifestyle e.g. swimming, horse-riding, walking, cycling etc.
In return, we offer competitive rates of pay, additional benefits which can include the opportunity for overtime and an excellent training programme. Additionally, opportunities exist for staff to progress through the organisation.
|Support Worker||Part Time
(36 hours per week)
|£8.20/£8.35 per hour, £16,630/£16,945 per annum pro rata – Unqualified Rate
£8.50/£8.65 per hour, £17,238/£17,553 per annum pro rata – Qualified Rate*
|Relief||£8.20 per hour– Unqualified Rate
£8.50 per hour– Qualified Rate
Note: Higher rates include a lead in payment of £315 per annum which is payable depending on scheme classification. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment applies.
