As a Team Leader in one of our day care, residential or supported living schemes you will be at the core of day to day operations. You will line manage a team of Support Workers who provide direct care and support to service users. The schemes cater for people with learning disabilities and have a requirement for Team Leaders. You will have a relevant professional or vocational qualification or 2 years’ experience in a health and social care setting, where services are delivered to adults with a mental illness, dementia and/or learning disability.
